Traffic Signal Warrant Analysis Being Conducted: March 21-23, 2023

The City of Oakland has requested that a warrant analysis be conducted at the intersection of Alida and Lincoln from March 21 to March 23. A warrant analysis is a study to determine whether signalization (most likely a stop sign or flashing yellow light) should be installed at some point in the future. An Automatic Traffic Recorder (ATR) has been installed near the intersection to record the relevant traffic data. The device will be removed by the end of this week.
